By way of professional background for the past 20 years my career, focus and passion has been working with people to empower them in their careers – to ignite their potential and work with purpose.  I offer a diverse skill set from entrepreneurship to coaching, training, leadership and strategic thinking, combined with working in corporate, commercial recruitment and start up experience. My background in Human Resources, Recruitment, Career Coaching & Training has been developed within commercial recruitment agencies, corporations, GE & EY and the educational sector with Melbourne Business School (MBS), University of Melbourne as a Career & Executive Coach for 7 years.   This combined with establishing two consultancies and an online Jobs & Careers site Six Figures has provided me with a strong understanding and empathy for the career challenges people face in todays ever changing work environment.

In addition to a BA, Grad Dip in HR Management & a Masters in Entrepreneurship & Innovation I am accredited in various coaching & training areas including: Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator Step 1&2 (MBTI), The Majors Step 1&2, Career Anchors, John Holland’s theory of career choice, Keirsey’s temperaments, Johari Window, Gestalt, Morrisby Profile, Strengths, Values, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Centre for Creative Leadership, Benchmarks for Managers, Executives (360 assessment tool), Learning Agility & By Design, Positive Intelligence (PQ Coach Program).
